All was excellant, including food and rooms. The room was huge with water everywhere. Delicious dishes were served at the a la carte restaurant.

We liked the hotel, its food and drinks.

Pity, but the beds were awful.

It was really clean and lively hotel, couldn't recommend more. I loved food and drinks. Lots of food at the breakfast, including fresh fruit, cereals and pastries.

I had a relaxing experience and would happily return. The rooms were well-kept, it was overall clean and huge venue. The breakfast had plenty of options, including fresh fruit, pastries and cereal.

Exceptionally clean and outstanding hotel, views are nice, location is peaceful and up to the main areas for that. Amicable, genuinely friendly employees are at mar Tierra noemi the manager.

I liked that the hotel was ideal and fairly clean. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area. Its location was central, 100 feet from Golf Club. The venue of choice in Playa del Carmen.

It was clean & great-sized hotel, very good staff and food. When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with always immaculately cleaned and a garden view, as for instance was ready.

Found in the good area short walk to the beach and the Cancun airport and other restaurants.

The staff were attentive and showed us the goodon-site outdoorrestaurant.

my stay here was excellant. i enjoyed it, and i found the stuff highly professional. the hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, adjacent to italian, beach and airport.

Absolute top location and perfectly clean throughout. Opulent well laid out room with a marble-lined bathroom. Facilities were UPGRADED too. Location near - beach restaurant and Cancun. I liked the hotel's rooftop bar.

I loved this hotel: generous breakfast and my well stocked room. Staff seemed amazingly polite making your stay thoroughly enjoyable. Great walkable location, walking distance to palenque theater. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was absolutely superb.

Reasonably priced location, the restaurant was great and the service was nice! The English breakfast was exceptional, had bacon, cereals, muffins, sausages and fresh fruit. We appreciated the way our junior suite was. Staff were excellent co-operating and kept the place clean.

it's magical hotel with knowledgeable staff and consistent internet. the room was very neat and the bathroom huge. enormous breakfast, decent service. i liked swimming in a pool too. beautiful garden outside.

Ideal location, beautiful building, we loved functional rooms. Breakfast was fine and served in the lobby, lots of food. Such big suite and comfy bed. The bar staff were eager to help with all our questions. Fairly clean hotel, exceptional service.

Hotel was rich and I loved the food there, it was decent. Very beautiful view, a comfortable balcony, so so comfy bed, too. The beach was pristine. Also, the property had easy access to jungala aqua experience. A la carte restaurant and cigar bar were on site. Quiet garden and excellent pool.

The staff was skilled and the accommodation was absolutely stunning. Room had a good sized bathroom that we appreciated. They served pleasant food for breakfast, which was outstanding. The pool bar was small and the drinks were alcoholic.

Thanks to their driver for the help. The room was good sized and air-conditioned.

We appreciated the quiet room and ACCOMMODATING staff. It was adjacent to Crocodile Pond. Azur, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

Beautiful location and great services. We loved the rooms and the food and moderate prices.
